Ai Disclosure

AI Disclosure

Vision Rise Agency uses modern artificial intelligence and creative technologies as part of its commercial advertising production workflow.

This disclosure explains how AI may be used when we create AI Product Ads, UGC Ads, product images, advertising visuals and other creative content for clients.

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Depending on the project requirements, Vision Rise Agency may use artificial intelligence for:

  • Creative ideation

  • Concept development

  • Script assistance

  • Image creation

  • Product visual development

  • Background and environment creation

  • Character or presenter concepts

  • UGC-style creative development

  • Motion and visual generation

  • Editing assistance

  • Voice or audio-related creative workflows

  • Creative variations and experimentation

AI is used as a production and creative assistance technology and does not necessarily mean that every part of a final advertisement is generated entirely by AI.

2. AI and Creative Tools We May Use

Depending on project requirements and availability, Vision Rise Agency may use or work with tools and platforms such as:

  • Canva

  • Google Gemini

  • Flow AI

  • ChatGPT by OpenAI

  • Claude AI by Anthropic

  • Other AI, design, editing, image-generation, video-generation and creative software

The exact tools used may differ from project to project.

We may update or replace tools as technology, availability, licensing and project requirements change.

3. Human Creative Direction

AI-generated content is reviewed and refined as part of our creative workflow.

Vision Rise Agency may make human decisions regarding:

  • Creative concept

  • Product presentation

  • Visual selection

  • Story structure

  • Ad messaging

  • Editing

  • Composition

  • Timing

  • Brand consistency

  • Final presentation

AI therefore functions as part of a broader creative production process rather than replacing creative direction entirely.

4. Client Product Assets

Clients may provide product photographs, logos, packaging, videos, brand assets, references or other materials.

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials for AI-assisted or conventional creative production.

5. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated images, videos, voices, characters and other outputs can occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected visual details, inconsistencies or artifacts.

Vision Rise Agency makes reasonable efforts to review and refine AI-assisted outputs before final delivery.

However, clients should review final deliverables carefully, particularly where the creative includes product specifications, text, measurements, claims, people, packaging or other factual information.

6. Product Accuracy

AI-generated content should not automatically be treated as a literal representation of every physical characteristic of a real product.

Where accurate product representation is important, clients should provide appropriate product references and review the final creative before publication.

The client remains responsible for confirming that the final advertisement accurately represents their product and complies with applicable advertising requirements.

7. Third-Party Platform Terms

AI tools and creative platforms may have their own terms of service, content policies, commercial-use rules, privacy policies and licensing conditions.

The use of a third-party tool does not mean that Vision Rise Agency controls that platform.

Clients should understand that third-party platforms may change their features, policies, pricing or availability.

8. AI Tool Credit

Where appropriate and where required or reasonably relevant, Vision Rise Agency may identify or credit the AI and creative technologies used in production.

Such tools may include Canva, Google Gemini, Flow AI, ChatGPT, Claude AI and other applicable technologies.

Mentioning or crediting a third-party tool does not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.

9. Commercial Use

The final commercial use of an AI-assisted Ad or UGC Ad is subject to the agreed project scope, applicable third-party licenses, platform requirements and client approvals.

Vision Rise Agency does not guarantee that every third-party AI output will have unrestricted commercial rights independent of the relevant platform’s terms.

10. Synthetic People, Voices and UGC-Style Content

UGC Ads may use AI-assisted or synthetic characters, presenters, voices or creator-style visuals where agreed as part of the creative concept.

Such content should not be interpreted as a genuine testimonial or personal endorsement unless the person shown or heard has actually provided such endorsement and the necessary permissions have been obtained.

11. Transparency

Our objective is to use AI responsibly and transparently while maintaining human creative oversight.

If a client requires a project to use only human-created assets, only specific AI tools, or a specific production methodology, this requirement should be communicated before production begins so that it can be considered in the project scope and quotation.

12. Updates to This Disclosure
